Application

The application process is easy and painless. We want to help you get into a new home as easy as possible. We stress security and quality. We want you to feel safe in your home and trust that you are living in a safe and secure community. All you have to do is fill out the application, pay the application fee, and fax it back to us at (970) 224-0737, and the process begins. The application fee is $25. This is non-refundable and must be paid at the same time you submit your application. The application process typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the application to be returned to us.
