Ram's Crossing is a 146-unit apartment community situated on 7.5 landscaped acres one block from Colorado State University in the Campus West Business district. There are several floor plans to choose from including studios and one and two bedroom floor plans. Apartments can come furnished or unfurnished and have full appliances including frost-free refrigerator, a microwave, a garbage disposal, a stove/oven and a dishwasher. The units are some of the largest available in the Campus West area and each has a very large patio or deck so you can enjoy the park-like setting from the privacy of your own home. Many overlook the swimming pool and there is plenty of free parking available. Doing laundry is a breeze in one of the five onsite laundry facilities.

The Campus West District has over 127 small businesses that include restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, grocery stores, book stores and just about everything else. All these can be reached by a short walk from Ram's Crossing. Everything else Fort Collins has to offer is available on the Fort Collins Transport. The Transport stop is only one block from Ram's Crossing making a car a luxury not an essential.

Ram's Crossing offers on-site management and 24 hour on-call maintenance. The office is professionally staffed and open 9:30am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday and 10:00am-2:00pm Saturdays February thru September to answer questions, receive packages and to help familiarize you with your new surroundings. Pet Policy:

Ram's Crossing Apartments is a pet friendly community with a 2 pet maximum per apartment. The pet fee is $200.00 per pet (non-refundable) if the pet is over 1 year of age and $500.00 (non-refundable) if the animal is under 1 year of age, due to the extra wear and tear and damages done to the apartment. Pet Rent is $25.00 per animal. Restricted Breeds include: Pit Bull, Pit Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Mastiff, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixed breeds that include restricted breeds.
