Ram's Crossing Apartments is a 146 unit apartment community located one block west of Colorado State University next to the Campus West shopping district. There are studio, one and two bedroom floor plans, each equipped with full kitchen appliances, optional furnishings, private deck or patio, on site pool, laundry facilities and ample parking. All utilities and cable are included in rental rates.

RAM'S LOFTS

The Loft's at Ram's Crossing is a 30 unit building consisting of flats, lofts and penthouse lofts located one block west of Colorado State University next to the Campus West shopping district. Completed in 2006, the Loft's has many amenities including designer kitchens and baths, washer/dryer in select units, A/C, accent walls and private deck or patio. For your safety, the Loft's has a monitored fire sprinkler system and restricted access. All utilities, cable and internet are included in rental rates.

RAM'S WEST

Ram's Crossing West is a 136 unit apartment community consisting of condo style two bedroom, two bathroom units located 8 blocks west of Colorado State University, next to two shopping centers, one including a major grocery store.
