RAM'S APARTMENTS

Ram's Crossing Apartments is a 146 unit apartment community located one block west of Colorado State University next to the Campus West shopping district. There are studio, one and two bedroom floor plans, each equipped with full kitchen appliances, optional furnishings, private deck or patio, on site pool, laundry facilities and ample parking. All utilities and cable are included in rental rates.

RAM'S LOFTS

The Lofts at Ram's Crossing is a 30 unit building consisting of flats, lofts and penthouse lofts located one block west of Colorado State University next to the Campus West shopping district. Completed in 2006, the Lofts have many amenities including designer kitchens and baths, washer/dryer in select units, A/C, accent walls and private deck or patio. For your safety, the Lofts have a monitored fire sprinkler system and restricted access. All utilities, cable and internet are included in rental rates.

RAM'S WEST

Ram's Crossing West is a 136 unit apartment community consisting of condo style two bedroom, two bathroom apartments located 8 blocks west of Colorado State University, next to two shopping centers, and a major grocery store. Every unit has full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal, wood burning fireplace, central AC and heat, private deck or patio, and washer/dryer. The complex is beautifully landscaped with plenty of open space and parking. All utilities are included in rental rates.
